FAQ

Where can I park?

We encourage visitors to arrive on foot or use public transport where possible. Parking is limited along Park Avenue by the Parkside Venue or there are public car parks at La Falaise (about 10 mins walk away) or parking in the centre of Ventnor (about 15 mins walk).

Is your event Covid safe?

Yes, we will be following the Government guidelines to ensure our event is safe for everyone. Following the Government roadmap after 21st June most things will be re-opened and back to a more normal way of life. Obviously we need to be flexible and will adapt to the rules issued nearer the time. Initially all tented events will be at 50% capacity, if the Government guidelines allow this may be increased at a later stage. Children will be socially distanced for workshops and face coverings worn by guests if in close contact. There will be cleaning undertaken throughout the day and hand sanitiser available.

Would I get a refund if there was another lockdown?

We really hope that won't happen, but if that was the case we would of course offer a full refund or you can hang on to your ticket as we will move the event to a later date.

Can I bring food and drink?

Yes you can, however there is a bar and food on site so we encourage you to buy from our lovely traders!

Are there toilets?

Yes there are portable toilets on site and there are also public toilets in the main park.

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are available through the Box Office as part of Ventnor Fringe. You can use the link on this site to buy tickets online or visit Ventnor Exchange in person.

Do I have to pay for children?

Children will need a ticket but babes in arms are free of charge.

Will I have to pay extra for the other activities?

All workshops and activities will be free of charge, although some workshops may ask for a small donation. Food and drink and will be charged in addition and there will be stalls selling items.

Will we be able to meet Andy Day after the show?

If Government rules allow Andy will be doing a controlled meet and greet after the show, although we can not guarantee a photo we will do our best to let everyone meet him who wishes to.
